Member of Parliament Ndakwa visits Manyonje Primary School for commissioning the new classroom.
A programme where Malava Member of Parliament, David Ndakwa is scheduled to commission a newly constructed classroom at Manyonje Primary school, is set to take place on Thursday January 22, 2026. The classroom was built through infrastructure funding worth KSh 1.538 million that was received by the school during the MPโs campaigning period.
Manyonje Primary School is among the many institutions that have benefited from the infrastructure development programme. The other institutions that have benefited are Gerald Shivikhwa Primary School, Shitirira Primary School, Mavusi Primary School and Kakoyi Junior Secondary School.
This funding was directed towards improving school infrastructures as well as ensuring a more supportive environment for learning for the students.
The commissioning event is expected to be attended by the Principal Secretary in charge of Basic Education, Amb. Prof. Julius Bitok, MBS, the Principal Secretary in charge of Higher Education, Dr. Beatrice Ingangala and other guests.
One of the factors at the forefront of MP Ndakwaโs campaigns was education; he promised to enhance infrastructure in schools in his constituency.
